Blue Waves Hotel, Blackpool

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with its convenient location close to the beach and various facilities. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the service was decent. However, there is room for improvement in the customer service aspect. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh French patisseries. The overall value for money is reasonable considering the included dining.

The hotel is ideally located on the seafront on the South Shore of Blackpool, offering stunning views and close proximity to all facilities. The rooms are comfortable with great views, complete with tea and coffee making facilities and a bath in the bathroom. The friendly staff at the front desk could benefit from a course in customer service to enhance the overall experience. Our dining experience included fresh Mediterranean dishes, enhancing our stay. Despite these positives, the lack of Wi-Fi and smiles from the service staff were minor disappointments.

The hotel is in a prime location on the seafront, within easy walking distance of all activities. The rooms offer stunning views, come with two beds, and have a bath in the bathroom. The service could improve with more smiles, especially at the front desk. Dining is included in the prices and offers delightful grilled dishes. The facilities are convenient and well-equipped.
